TATTOO AFTERCARE
+Remove your plastic in 2-3 hours.
+At that time, gently wash your tattoo (showers are fine) with warm soapy water. Use fragrance free soap
+Pat your tattoo dry with a soft towel and then let air dry for 15 minutes.
+Apply small amount of A&D ointment or Aquaphor and massage it into the tattoo (too much ointment will not allow your tattoo to breathe and will prolong the healing process).
+ Continue same directions washing your tattoo 1-2 times a day and applying ointment 2-3 times a day as needed, until it stops flaking (1-2 weeks).
+Once all the flakes are gone you may switch over to a white fragrance-free lotion. Apply as often as needed until you are completely healed.

Start cleaning aftercare the next day.
Clean piercing by simply soaking it in a salt water soak once a day for 10 seconds for the first 5 days.
To make a salt water soak, mix a tablespoon of iodized/ sea salt and a cup of water. The salt water soak may cause some dryness. If dryness occurs, apply a VERY small amount of A&D ointment on the piercing.
